Effective Goal Setting 2022 Without Burnout

If you like to make a list of 2022 New Goals, this campaign is definitely for you to start 2022 more productively! As a business psychologist for the past 5 years, I have witnessed tremendous pressure on my clients to constantly plan and pursue personal and professional goals, as well as be productive and effective.

As a result, most of them manage to work themselves to extreme physical, mental and emotional exhaustion by summer. When a person has no time or energy, they seem to stop developing and living on autopilot.

Effective goal setting starts with changing perceptions and taking care of yourself!

We feel most satisfied and relatively happy when we create – relationships, ways, events, services, products, causes – anything that our intellect and heart can make our reality and that touches others, as well.

It’s no coincidence that the beginning of each new year brings us to hope that we, too, can better realize our potential through the things we plan to create. It’s as if we’ve been given another chance to try being ourselves again in an authentic way.

Why is it so difficult to achieve our goals effectively?
It’s easy to plan, but it’s hard to stick to our plans because people often:

    lose motivation and start procrastinating;
    lose momentum and the sense to keep going;
    feel overwhelmed by responsibilities and tasks;
    put other people’s needs before their own;
    spend little time on their personal, non-urgent goals;
    lose faith in themselves and their abilities;
    feel insecure and discouraged about their goals;
    cannot cope effectively with difficulties and stress;
    do not find the necessary support and support in others;
    have no understanding of their own goals;
    have very unrealistic expectations about their lives and careers.
