We can’t change everything and somehow we have to remain alive, courageous, connected and moving forward.

How to prepare for the session with me?

Each meeting lasts between 60 and 90 minutes, depending on the plan. Together we create a quiet space where you can hear yourself, your thoughts and emotions.

To start the change you need to realise that YOU are the decision maker and I am just a facilitator and an observer of the process. My role is to give you some space and time, some tools and ideas, and most importantly – to ask the “right” questions.

How to plan your time and space with me:

  • Have a clear goal before the meeting;
  • Write down the things you want to let go of;
  • Think about what you cannot accept and understand;
  • Think about the aspects that will not change;
  • Think about all that you are and all that depends on you.
  • During the session try to talk openly and share the issues that are bothering you without guilt, shame or fear;

I want to help you find some insight into the best possible answers within yourself and experience productive change. But sometimes all we can get is relief and understanding that there is nothing wrong with us and that we are just fragile human beings in the middle of a storm.

We will try to discover what is holding you back and sabotaging you. We will try to understand in-depth why you are not where you want to be.

Sometimes even one session is enough to encourage you to move forward with more cognitive ease and confidence in yourself.
