What can you do to prepare for the session with me?

To start the change, you need to realize that you are the decision maker. I would be happy to help you find the best possible answers within yourself and experience productive change.

  • Have a clear goal before the meeting;
  • Write down the things you want to let go of;
  • Think about what you cannot accept and understand;
  • Think about the aspects that will not change;
  • Think about all that you are and all that depends on you.
  • During the session try to talk openly and share the issues that are bothering you without guilt, shame or fear;

What can we change together?

We will try to discover what is holding you back and sabotaging you. We will try to understand in-depth why you are not where you want to be.

A shared burden is half a burden, and you don’t have to go through yours, feeling that you’re alone.

Each meeting lasts between 60 and 90 minutes. Together we create a quiet space where you can hear yourself, your thoughts and emotions. Sometimes even one session is enough to encourage you to move forward with more cognitive ease and confidence in yourself.
