Best solutions for framing what you need

What to expect from our dynamic consulting session?

Our approach differs from typical psychological counselling (which is relatively broad and generic). We create highly personalized, more “technical” and “actionable” solutions for your transformation.

“The A to Z” Plan is an online psychological counselling service that helps people unfold their own story in an authentic way, without prior intervention or a pre-determined agenda:

  • During the online session (60 minutes) you will have a clearer vision of the bigger picture in your journey and hopefully we will be able to ask the “right” questions and find the best fitting solutions;
  • You will learn how to use highly personalized psychological tools and approaches that best suit your personality type and the complex issues you are currently facing;
  • You will be provided with some additional information & literature for further development.

What is “From A to Z” Psychological Consulting?

This relatively unstructured starting point provides an overview of how counselling works from a psychological perspective. While there is no standard “psychology from A to Z” list for counselling, there is an illustrative format that describes our professional perspective:

  • Assessment: Understanding the client’s needs.
  • Behavioral analysis: Assess individual and group behavior as it affects daily life and work.
  • Cognition: Examining how thought processes affect decisions and productivity.
  • Development: Focusing on the personal and professional growth.
  • Emotional Intelligence: Teaching and integrating EQ skills to improve human relations.
  • Feedback: Providing constructive feedback based on psychological principles to encourage improvement.
  • Goal Setting: Helping clients set clear, achievable goals using psychological frameworks.
  • Human Dynamics: Analyзing interpersonal relationships and group dynamics.
  • Intervention: Designing and implementing strategies to address psychological issues in the relations.
  • Judgement: Supporting better decision making through psychological insight.
  • Knowledge: Ensuring that psychological strategies are taught and understood by the client for sustainable change.
  • Love & Affection: Developing skills for receiving and giving love, care and affection.
  • Motivation: Identifying motivational drivers and barriers for individuals and groups.
  • Negotiation: Applying psychological theories to improve negotiation skills and assertiveness.
  • Obligations: Help the client to distinguish between personal desires and obligations, and to set healthy boundaries.
  • Performance: Designing personal systems that enhance individual productivity & performance effectiveness.
  • Quality of life: Helping the client to understand their unique personality & view of life.
  • Resilience training: Building the capacity of the clients to deal effectively with stress and setbacks.
  • Stress Management: Implementing techniques to reduce stress and improve overall wellbeing.
  • Time Management: Helping the client to optimize daily and work routines to achieve goals and have time to live off the check list.
  • Understanding personality: Improving self-awareness and focusing on self-realization and development.
  • Values Clarification: Helping clients to align actions, habits, and routines with their core values.
  • Work-Life Balance: Advising on strategies for balancing work demands with personal life.
  • X-Factor Identification: Helping clients identify unique strengths and competitive advantages.
  • Yielding results: Support clients in the maintenance of sustainable change through accountability and transparency.
  • Zen living: Considering the impact of current social and cultural trends on the behavior and attitudes of clients, resulting in a lack of self-awareness, low levels of mindfulness and dysfunctional behavior for prevention and well-being.

The client unfolds the story in an unstructured and free process. This can be deeply moving and enlightening. Sometimes we really can’t formulate an exact goal for psychological counselling, nor do we know how to begin. Free-flowing conversations are helpful in achieving emotional relief and mental clarity about the issue. If the client is not very clear about what is triggering the issues, this free format provides some professional observations and meaningful suggestions to the client about causalities, triggers and perceptions that influence the outcome.
