Our Partner Ecosystem: BDR and Implementing Partners

To deliver our services effectively, Juls’ Psychology operates with a network of trusted, independent professionals who function in two distinct roles: Business Development Representative (BDR) Partners and Implementing Partners.

  1. Business Development Representative (BDR) Partners
Our BDR Partners are independent sales and marketing professionals who introduce Juls’ Psychology to new clients. Their role includes:
  • Identifying and connecting with potential clients who could benefit from our services.
  • Guiding new clients through the initial discovery process, which may include a “Partner Discovery Call.”
  • Acting as a primary point of contact during the pre-purchase phase.

These partners operate under a specific set of terms and a strict ethical code, as detailed in our Partnership Policy. They are compensated for fostering new client relationships.

  1. Implementing Partners
Our Implementing Partners are carefully selected subject-matter experts and certified consultants who deliver the professional services purchased by our clients, including the “Initial Consultation.”
  • These partners are responsible for the execution and delivery of the consultative work.
  • They are bound by our high standards of quality, confidentiality, and professional ethics to ensure a consistent and valuable client experience.
  • Juls’ Psychology is committed to a high standard of service. We enforce this by thoroughly vetting all Implementing Partners, binding them to our methodologies, and requiring strict adherence to our professional and ethical codes. While Juls’ Psychology manages the overall client engagement and quality framework, the individual Implementing Partner operates as an independent professional and is responsible for the specific advice and guidance they provide during a consultation..

Transparency is a core principle of our model. All official partners actively involved in service delivery are listed on our Team Page. We ensure that all data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and that all collaborations meet the highest ethical and legal standards.

E-Commerce and Initial Consultation Booking

By using Juls’ Psychology’s e-commerce platform for your booking, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding the booking and purchase of initial consultations through our digital system.

Partner Discovery Call

Before purchasing a service, a User may have the opportunity to connect with one of our BDR Partners or Outsourcing Partners for a free, non-binding discovery call.

The purpose of this call is strictly informational: to help the User understand our services, ask preliminary questions, and clarify the best path forward. This call does not constitute a professional consultation and is separate from the paid “Initial Consultation” service.

Engaging in a Partner Discovery Call is exploratory and does not commit the User to any purchase or further obligation. In line with our privacy standards, these calls are not recorded.

Initial Consultation and Booking Process

The “Initial Consultation” is a 90-minute online exploratory meeting and is the mandatory foundational assessment required before enrolling in any long-term services. By purchasing an “Initial Consultation” through our platform, you acknowledge and contractually agree to the following multi-step booking process. Your successful completion of these steps is a prerequisite for scheduling and receiving the service.

1. Purchase and Automated Confirmation Upon successful payment, you will receive an automated confirmation email. This email contains a PDF guide with detailed instructions and a link to our mandatory Professional Questionnaire.

2. Your Responsibility: The Professional Questionnaire

  • It is your sole responsibility to complete the online Professional Questionnaire (hosted on Google Forms) promptly after purchase.
  • Mandatory Email Consistency: You must use the exact same email address to submit the questionnaire that you used to make the purchase. Failure to do so will disconnect your questionnaire from your payment, leading to significant delays. We are not liable for scheduling delays or booking failures caused by your use of inconsistent email addresses.

3. Your Responsibility: Initiating the Scheduling

  • After submitting the questionnaire, you must initiate contact with the Partner as instructed in the PDF guide.
  • Our Partner will respond within 3 business days with a private Calendly link for you to schedule your session.
  • When booking your slot in the calendar, you must once again use the same email address used for the purchase and the questionnaire.

4. Final Confirmation

  • Once you select a time slot, you will receive a final automated confirmation containing the unique Google Meet link for your session.

Legal Acknowledgment By completing the purchase, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to follow this required process. You acknowledge that Juls’ Psychology’s services are consultative, not therapeutic, and that Juls’ Psychology is not liable for any business decisions you make following the consultation.

Please ensure that you review our General Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Payment & Security Policy, and Refund & Cancelation Policy before making any purchases.
