Juls’ Psychology B2B Partner Program Terms and Conditions
Introduction
Welcome to Juls’ Psychology B2B Partner Program Policy (“the Program”). These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between users of the Juls’ Psychology website (www.julspsy.com, the Site for short), and the owner of the Site, Rozeta-2009 EOOD.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Program, including the benefits, responsibilities, and requirements of being an affiliate partner. By applying and participating, you agree to comply with these Terms and all other applicable policies, including but not limited to our General Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and our Payment & Security Policy, our Professional Ethics and Confidentiality Policy and our Fare Trade Policy.
All personal data will be collected and processed in accordance with the current Bulgarian legislation in the field of personal data protection. The provision of personal data by you is completely voluntary.
1. General Terms & Conditions
This Partnership Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Bulgaria. In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to this Program, both parties agree to attempt mediation in good faith before resorting to litigation. If mediation fails, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bulgaria.
By participating in the Program, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data in accordance with GDPR regulations and our Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, and you may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at support[@]julspsy.com. If necessary, you can use the pre-filled forms posted on Privacy Policy page to express your specific request.
Our Partners must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when advertising Jul’s psychological services, including without limitation the EU’s Unfair Commercial Practices Directive. Any misleading, false or aggressive marketing practices are strictly prohibited and will result in the termination of your participation in the program.
Our Partners are required to clearly disclose their relationship with Juls’ Psychology when promoting our services. This is in compliance with EU advertising laws and consumer protection regulations.
Our Partners are responsible for complying with their local tax laws. This includes registering and paying sales tax, if applicable. Jules’ Psychology does not deduct taxes on referral fees and all tax obligations are the responsibility of the partners.
Our Partners are responsible for ensuring their own compliance with GDPR when collecting personal data from client leads or referrals generated through the Program.
2. Partner Program Overview
The program is designed for individuals and companies interested in promoting and collaborating with Juls Psychology Services. As a partner, you will have access to our sales tools, personalized affiliate tracking, and commission structure.
3. Application Process and Informed Consent
To join the Program, applicants must complete a pre-selection questionnaire. By submitting the questionnaire, you acknowledge and consent to provide the requested information for the purpose of evaluating your suitability. Your personal data will be handled with the utmost confidentiality in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR regulations. Participation is voluntary, and applicants can withdraw at any time without consequences. Further details regarding this process are outlined in our Business Partnership Program Application Form.
4. Program Benefits
Upon approval, partners will receive:
- Commission Structure: Starting commissions of up to 20% per sale, with incremental rates up to 80% based on results/inputs.
- Payments: Commissions are paid on closed deals/projects (either via direct purchases from our website or signed projects/contracts). Payments will be issued via a method of your choice (PayPal, Revolut, bank transfer, invoice, etc.), with a minimum payout threshold of $50.
- Branded Sales/Operational Tools: You will receive customized promotional/operational materials to support your efforts in marketing & delivering Juls’ Psychology services.
- Barters and Rewards: Special bartering opportunities, rewards programs for Inner Circle Members, Outstanding Partners, and Team Leaders.
- Support System: Regular training sessions, workshops, webinars, and 1:1 improvement sessions led by Dr. Julika Novkova & the leading experts in the team, including networking and problem-solving opportunities in our #AskMeAnything sessions.
- Exclusive Access: Members-only access to our Inner Circle closed Facebook group, offering additional networking and problem-solving resources.
- Opportunities to Lead: Earn additional royalties through the Bring a Friend recruiting program, as well as payments for teaching and leading groups.
- Transparent Tracking System: We use a dedicated tracking software to monitor and record affiliate progress. All partners must register to the system to track sales, referrals, and commission earnings transparently.
5. Commission Payment
Commissions are calculated based on completed sales and signed contracts. You will receive payments only after deals are finalized. You can choose the payment method and frequency, with a minimum payout requirement of $50. Please note that taxes, fees, or additional charges may apply depending on your country of residence.
Juls’Psychology reserves the right to change the commission structure at anytime. Any changes will be communicated to the partners with a minimum of 30 days’ prior notice.
Juls’ Psychology will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of participation in the Program, including but not limited to loss of revenue, business opportunity, or legal claims. Our total liability for all direct damages will not exceed the total amount of commissions paid to the affiliate in the previous three months.
Juls’ Psychology shall not be liable for any speculative or indirect damages, including loss of future earnings, anticipated profits or potential business opportunities, as a result of affiliate participation in the program.
6. Affiliate Tools and Materials
As part of the Program, you will receive branded sales tools and personalized codes/links for tracking your leads and sales. These tools are strictly for your use and must not be shared, replicated, or misused. Unauthorized use of sales materials is grounds for termination from the Program.
Our affiliates are required to use the tracking software provided in good faith. Manipulation of tracking links or misuse of the software (e.g. cookie stuffing) will result in immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of any commissions earned.
7. Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality
During the lead generation process, you are required to protect the confidentiality of all information exchanged between you and potential clients. Network details, affiliate-related information, and other proprietary data shared by Juls’ Psychology must not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent. Our Partners are responsible for complying with our General Terms of Use, Privacy Policy
In compliance with GDPR regulations, in the event of a data breach affecting personal data, Juls’ Psychology will notify affected partners within 72 hours.
8. Responsibilities and Conduct
Partners are expected to:
- Promote Juls’ Psychology services ethically and professionally.
- Avoid making false or misleading claims about our services.
- Abide by all applicable laws and regulations in your country regarding marketing, advertising, and data protection.
- Comply with our General Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Payment & Security Policy, and other relevant policies.
- Adhere to the transparent tracking system by registering in our affiliate tracking software to ensure accurate commission tracking.
9. Program Eligibility
Eligibility for the Program is subject to approval by our team. Applicants must complete the required questionnaire and submit it for review. We reserve the right to deny or terminate partnerships at our discretion. Our Partner tiers will be subject to additional vetting. 10. Termination and Withdrawal
You may withdraw from the Program at any time by notifying us in writing at support[@]julspsy.com. Juls’ Psychology reserves the right to terminate partnerships for any violations of these Terms or unethical conduct, with or without notice.
During their active participation in the program, our partners agree not to promote services that directly compete with Juls’ Psychology.
Upon termination, partners will have 30 days to complete any pending activities and collect unpaid commissions.
If any dispute arises, the parties agree to attempt to mediate or arbitrate in good faith before resorting to litigation. Failing such resolution, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Bulgarian courts.
11. Changes to Terms
Juls’ Psychology reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice of changes will be provided, and continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
