Juls’ Psychology B2B Partner Program: Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Juls’ Psychology Business Development Representative (BDR) Partner Program (“the Program”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between our BDR Partners (“Partner,” “you”) and the owner of the Juls’ Psychology website (www.julspsy.com), Julika Novkova, PhD (“Juls’ Psychology,” “we,” “us”).

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Program, including the benefits, responsibilities, and requirements of being an affiliate partner. By applying and participating, you agree to comply with these Terms and all other applicable policies, including but not limited to our General Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and our Payment & Security Policy, our Professional Ethics and Confidentiality Policy and our Fare Trade Policy.

All personal data provided by you is voluntary and will be collected and processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the current Bulgarian legislation on personal data protection.

1. General Terms & Conditions

  • Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Partnership Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. In the event of any dispute arising from this Program, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith mediation. If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bulgaria.
  • Data Protection and GDPR: By participating in the Program, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as required for the administration of the Program, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at support[@]julspsy.com. Partners are responsible for ensuring their own compliance with GDPR when collecting or handling personal data from client leads.
  • Compliance with Laws: Partners must comply with all applicable local and international laws and regulations when promoting Juls’ Psychology’s services, including but not limited to the EU’s Unfair Commercial Practices Directive.
  • Tax Obligations: Partners operate as independent contractors and are solely responsible for their own tax obligations, including registering and remitting any applicable sales tax or income tax on commissions earned. Juls’ Psychology does not deduct taxes from commission payments.

2. Program Overview and Eligibility

The BDR Partner Program is designed for experienced sales professionals to act as Business Development Representatives. The Program’s goal is to identify and connect visionary leaders in the SME and technology sectors with Juls’ Psychology’s consulting services.

To be eligible for the Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Have 3-5 years of proven experience as a Business Development Representative or in a similar B2B sales role, preferably in consulting, SaaS, or professional services.
  • Possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage C-level executives and entrepreneurs with confidence and empathy.
  • Be proficient with CRM tools and LinkedIn for professional prospecting.
  • Be a proactive, organized, and highly self-motivated individual who thrives in an autonomous environment.
  • Adhere to high ethical standards of communication and confidentiality.
  • Be fluent in both written and spoken English.

Juls’ Psychology reserves the right to deny or terminate partnerships at our sole discretion.

3. Application and Onboarding

  1. Application & Discovery Call: Prospective partners must submit an application and schedule a brief introductory call with our team.
  2. Onboarding & Training: Upon approval, you will be required to complete our tailored onboarding program to fully understand our services, value propositions, and ethical framework.
  3. Activation: Once onboarding is complete, you can begin your outreach activities with the full support and resources of the Program.

4. Partner Responsibilities and Code of Conduct

4.1. Business Development Activities As a BDR Partner, your primary responsibilities include:

  • Proactively identifying and generating leads in the SME and technology sectors, targeting CEOs, Founders, and business owners.
  • Reaching out to key decision-makers via email, LinkedIn, and other strategic channels to build genuine connections.
  • Qualifying leads by understanding their organizational challenges and aligning them with our solutions.
  • Building and maintaining a clean, organized pipeline using our provided Client Acquisition Process tools.
  • Nurturing relationships with prospects to position Juls’ Psychology as a trusted, expert partner.

4.2. Ethical Code of Conduct All Partners are required to adhere strictly to Juls’ Psychology’s Ethical Code of Conduct. Failure to do so will result in immediate termination from the Program.

  • Honesty and Transparency: Share only verified brand information and strategies. Make no false promises, or claims of “secrets” or “magic fixes.”
  • Ethical Storytelling: Use storytelling to convert, not to manipulate human emotions for commercial purposes.
  • Respectful Communication: Do not engage in aggressive overselling or manipulation. If you receive a clear “no,” respect that decision.
  • No Spam: Do not use SPAM tactics via direct messaging, email, or by self-promoting in unregulated online spaces.
  • Respect Privacy: Always respect the privacy and free will of potential clients.
  • Do No Harm: If you cannot solve an issue, do not offer advice that could cause harm. If you cannot say something constructive, remain silent.
  • Proper Attribution: All applied tools and techniques shared must directly stream from our content with proper tags, links, or mentions included.

5. Commission, Benefits, and Payment

5.1. Commission Structure

  • Initial Commission: Earn a 30% commission on the first closed deal with a new client you bring.
  • Passive Income: Receive a 10% recurring commission on the value of every subsequent deal with the same client.
  • Incremental Rates: Commission rates can increase up to 40% per sale based on performance and contribution.

5.2. Partner Benefits

  • Total Autonomy & Flexibility: No targets or deadlines. You set your own pace and work from anywhere.
  • Full Support & Resources: Access to lead magnets, branded sales tools, content, templates, and personalized tracking links.
  • Professional Development: Regular training sessions, workshops, 1:1 improvement sessions, and “Ask Me Anything” networking events led by our expert team.
  • Barters and Rewards: Special opportunities, rewards programs, and brand promotion for outstanding partners.
  • Leadership Opportunities: Earn royalties through our “Bring a Friend” recruiting program and get paid for leading training groups.

5.3. Payment Terms

  • Commissions are calculated on closed deals (i.e., completed purchases or signed contracts).
  • Payments are issued via a method of your choice (e.g., PayPal, Revolut, bank transfer)
  • Juls’ Psychology reserves the right to amend the commission structure with a minimum of 30 days’ prior written notice to all Partners.

5.4. Limitation of Liability Juls’ Psychology will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of revenue or opportunity) arising from your participation in the Program. Our total liability for any direct damages will not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the preceding three-month period.

6. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure

During your participation in the Program, you will have access to confidential information. You agree not to disclose any proprietary data, network details, or client information to any third party without prior written consent from Juls’ Psychology. In the event of a data breach affecting personal data you have accessed, you must notify us immediately.

7. Independent Contractor Status

You are participating in the Program as an independent contractor. This Agreement does not create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between you and Juls’ Psychology. You have no authority to make or accept any offers or representations on our behalf.

8. Term, Termination, and Withdrawal

  • Withdrawal: You may withdraw from the Program at any time by providing written notice to support[@]julspsy.com.
  • Termination by Juls’ Psychology: We reserve the right to terminate your partnership immediately, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms, particularly a breach of the Ethical Code of Conduct.
  • Non-Compete: During the term of this Agreement, the Partner shall not, directly or indirectly, market, sell, promote, or consult for any business or service that is in direct competition with the core service offerings of Juls’ Psychology. For the purpose of this clause, “direct competition” refers to providing business psychology consulting, team dynamics analysis, or strategic growth services to a similar target market. The Partner agrees to disclose any potential conflicts of interest to Juls’ Psychology in writing.
  • Post-Termination: Upon termination, you will be eligible to receive any unpaid commissions earned on deals closed prior to the termination date, payable in the next payment cycle.

9. Changes to Terms

Juls’ Psychology reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes. Your continued participation in the Program following such notice will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.
