How long have you been working in this field?
15 years in a global setup.
Your favorite tasks that make up your day-to-day work:
I have chosen (or moved to) a career path that I truly enjoy from A to Z, but I guess my favorite part is the actual delivery – of training, workshops, client meetups, counseling, and mentoring sessions.
Your skills that make you good at it:
Emotional intelligence, active listening, and authenticity
Your passions:
Providing guidance to anyone around me, organizing activities for family and friends, as well as traveling the world (40 countries thus far).
What else do you do in your life:
I am a passionate lecturer in Business Ethics and HR Management and a proud mom of a 3-year-old little man!
Your hobbies:
Baking (carrot cakes, muffins, bread, and everything in between), scheduling activities for the family! 🙂
