Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

Every service provided by Juls’ Psychology automatically includes a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) as part of the engagement. This ensures that all information, data and business details shared remain confidential. Both verbal and written communication between our team and our clients is covered by this NDA.
Our NDA guarantees:
- Full confidentiality: We will not disclose any personal or business information to any third party without the express consent of the client, except where it is required to do so by law.
- Public Relations: In case studies, public communications or marketing materials, we do not use client names, logos or other identifying details without permission.
- Case studies: Case studies developed for marketing purposes are fully anonymized. They do not contain sensitive business information.
- Client feedback: While clients may provide feedback on social media or other public platforms, Juls’ Psychology will not use this feedback for advertising without prior client consent.
Exceptions to the NDA and legal disclosures
While we will strictly adhere to the terms of confidentiality set out in our NDA, there are certain legal exceptions that apply. In the following circumstances, Juls’ Psychology may be required to disclose information:
- Compliance with legal obligations: If the disclosure is necessary to comply with legal requirements, such as the laws of Bulgaria or any other applicable regulatory or governmental authority.

Limitations of liability
Whilst our aim is to provide the highest quality of service, Juls’ Psychology cannot be responsible for:
- Client dissatisfaction resulting from using our services, advice or recommendations.
- Missed opportunities, loss of profit or any indirect, incidental or consequential damages in connection with the use of our services.
- Any decisions or actions taken by the Client as a result of the results of the Consultation.
- The client is responsible for its own decisions and business strategy. Juls’ Psychology provides advice based on the information available at the time of the engagement. We are not liable for the results of any actions or decisions taken by the client as a result of our advice.
