Using the Business-to-Business (B2B) business model:

In connection with the introduction of the Business-to-Business or in short (B2B) business model, which encompasses a portion of the services provided, it should be noted that the manner in which the online consultation is conducted, the sharing of materials with specific clients, the provision of examples during the consultation, and the overall process of conducting the consultation itself remain within the scope of Juls’ Psychology‘s intellectual property.

Dissemination of consultation patterns and shared material with third parties, outside of previously discussed and arranged similar activities with Juls’ Psychology, will be considered a violation of Juls’ Psychology‘s copyrights.

During consultations with clients under the B2B model, no recordings will be made of individual sessions, no data will be kept on specific participants, no data will be kept on specific case studies and no specific examples given of the practice of the same.

All personal data will be collected and processed in accordance with the current Bulgarian legislation in the field of personal data protection. The provision of personal data by you is completely voluntary.

Participant information will be used to manage the financial relationship between the parties.

E-Commerce and Initial Consultation Booking

By using Juls’ Psychology’s e-commerce platform for your booking, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding the booking and purchase of initial consultations through our WooCommerce system:

Booking Process: Upon selecting your preferred service or transformation plan, you will be prompted to complete the purchase through our online shopping cart. You must ensure all necessary information is accurate, including any discount codes applied at checkout.
Confirmation and Communication: Once the purchase is completed, you will receive a confirmation email containing a PDF guide and a link to our Professional Questionnaire. It is the responsibility of the customer to check their email inbox (and spam folder) for these communications. If you do not receive an email within 24 hours, you should contact us at support[@]julspsy.com.
Questionnaire and Consent: Customers must fill out the Professional Questionnaire and agree to the terms in the consent form to proceed with scheduling their consultation. Failure to complete this step will result in a delay or cancellation of the session. Appointment Scheduling: After completing the questionnaire, you will be able to schedule a session through our automated booking system. Juls’ Psychology will confirm the appointment time within 7 business days. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they are aware of time zone differences and to convert session times to GMT.

These data are necessary for the conclusion and performance of contracts with the company’s customers, as well as for contacting the customer and sending information to him, including – if explicitly consented – for sending promotional and advertising messages. No sensitive data is collected.

Juls’ Psychology does not collect, process or store special categories of personal data (sensitive data) and does not perform automated decision-making with data.

Storage period of your personal data:

Juls’ Psychology will not retain your personal data for longer than is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which we process it.
