This role is built for freelancers, solopreneurs, and independent sales professionals who already know how to operate proactively and want to develop as independent business consultants:

• Being comfortable with our commission-only income and knowing how to manage your own pipeline
• Have an existing network in the founder, SME, or consulting space, or know how to build one fast
• Fluency in English and confident in engaging proactively C-level executives
• Identify and reach out to CEOs, Founders, and business owners in the SME and technology space who could benefit from business psychology consulting
• Own the full sales cycle – from cold outreach to closed contract, no handoffs (no previous experience needed).
• Build genuine relationships with decision-makers via LinkedIn, email, and strategic channels (no spam!).
• Qualify leads by understanding their organizational challenges and matching them to the right solution/expert
• Maintain a clean pipeline and track all interactions through our Client Acquisition Process
• Go through a structured 3-month onboarding to learn the methodology, the offer, and how to position it to protect the brand.
• Nurture relationships with prospects to positionJuls’ Psychology as a trusted, expert partner in building effective human systems (no aggressive sales tactics).
• Stay informed on industry trends to continuously refine your outreach strategy.
