How long have you been working in this field?

I started Juls’ Psychology in 2006 as a certified business trainer and quickly realized that entrepreneurship was actually my passion. So I transferred my skills to the CEO world and never left.

Your favorite tasks that make up your day-to-day work:

I am all about inventing new strategies and that is the best part of my job – finding new ways or even inventing them in the process of creation.

Your skills that make you good at it:

I am a visual thinker and I give my ideas a non-linear appearance, allowing them to present themselves in a multifaceted way at a very early stage of development. My logical thinking is more abstract and chaotic than traditional business development methods. This is the birthplace of human curiosity, creativity and innovation.

Your passions:

I’m obsessed with human creativity and innovation in working environments, and entrepreneurship is a way of life where you can find peace of mind and the time and freedom to explore your own ideas. The human soul and mind are an amazing synergy that creates energy for meaningful change and this process is absolutely amazing.

What else do you do in your life:

I enjoy my time as a lecturer, whether at a university or in a more informal educational setting. I like to empower people and help them understand how modern applied psychology can make a real and measurable difference to their lives.

What are your proudest achievements outside of work?:

I share my skills, knowledge and ideas free of charge in a variety of ways: article writing, podcast guesting, media appearances. I believe that knowledge exists to be shared. So I take my time to make the impact I know I can.

Your hobbies:

I can recharge almost instantly with music, nature, sun, waves, birds and laughter. I love sports, cooking and spending time with my family. I enjoy long walks, cycling and try to spend my time visiting new places, museums and theatres. Human beings are powerful creatures and I like to explore what they produce around the globe.
