About the Research:
This study involves a scientifically designed questionnaire that will take approximately 20 minutes to complete. While comprehensive, the survey is structured to ensure a smooth and engaging experience.

Our approach integrates methodologies from personality psychology, business psychology, organizational psychology, and economic behavior. These disciplines help us understand how leaders address modern challenges and solve their typical issues.
After Phase 1, we were able to offer nearly 300 free psychological trainings and practical guides over the past seven years, specifically adapted for our local leaders. These resources continue to be read and used today, and we consistently update, refine, and translate them to serve our global network through the blog section here – Juls’ Psychology.
Stage 2 data will help us:

Hyper-productivity vs. personal meaning
Many business leaders today are struggling to keep pace with the rapid changes of our time. The integration of AI into daily life has made them hyper-productive but has also left them questioning their value, purpose, and uniqueness.
Hyper-efficiency vs. innovativeness
We believe in the unmatched power of human creativity, wisdom, and innovation. Humans possess values, needs, and desires that only other humans can truly understand. Business is not just about efficiency; it’s about meaning, purpose, and the transformative power of ideas.
Hyper-delivery vs. individualism
Our mission is to preserve what makes people distinctly human and to help leaders adapt and evolve in ways that honors their individuality, rather than turning them into hyper-delivered assets. We want to ensure that business leaders don’t just keep up with the future—they shape it with a deep sense of belief in themselves and their ideas.
Hyper-consumerism vs. conscious consumption
We do not use our knowledge to be gatekeepers and sell it in the form of overpriced development programes. We don’t sell our data to third parties, and we try to make people more aware, focused and rational about satisfying their needs.
For 7 years after Stage 1, to support our local business leaders, we created and delivered more than 300 free and comprehensive free professional articles and PsyTrainings. Now our kids are grown and we have time to share the knowledge and understanding we have gained. We take our mission to a global level.
Our business model is transparent, monetizing through the development of practical, highly personalized tools derived from the very same data we openly share—data that anyone can use to create their own solutions.
